I greatly enjoyed very very helpful and patient employees!
The location near the pyramids was beautiful and incredible. There was Wa Ding Canteen nearby to grab something to eat. It was extremely spacious, perfect and in good condition: )

The view from the rooftop was fine, but the pool was smaller than expected and WiFi was a bit dodgy. Staff were super friendly, though, better.

Very nice views from the rooftop! The staff members were genuinely friendly and offered unwavering support, helping us navigate our stay.
Room service delivery could have been faster. Some areas of the hotel felt crowded during peak hours.

I had a such wonderful experience here, everything was perfect, the location was stunning really close to Saqqara, the KFC/Pizza Hut and the pyramids ticket office and the mall. Had brand-new and big size a twin room in good condition and wake-up service was available in it...

missingWrote a review on 20 Novrooftop viewspacious roomspoor wifi
The rooftop offers a partial view of the pyramids. The room sizes are spacious, allowing ample room to move around, despite some layout quirks.
The Wifi is practically useless. The room layout is odd, with multiple columns that disrupt space, and the beds are quite uncomfortable. Rusty fixtures in the shower need urgent attention, as does the overall cleanliness of the rooms, which often seem neglected. Noise from the surrounding neighborhood can be bothersome at night, with street music and howling dogs. Breakfast falls short, lacking quality and variety, leaving much to be desired.

The staff really went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. We loved the rooftop view and appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout our time there. The daily manager's reception was a nice touch.
One downside was that the room service could be a bit slow at times, and we experienced some wait during peak hours.

The 'balcony' was just a weak window and i had to shove it hard. And where was my washing machine? The only one was with a caregiver. I mean, as a guest, simple amenities should be a given. Almost thought of giving a good review but just couldn't due to these major inconveniences.

Amazing Views and Fantastic Service
The rooftop terrace was fine for enjoying the very nice views of the Pyramids, especially during sunrise and sunset. The staff were always eager to assist, going as far as helping us book local tours . Breakfast was a delight with a variety of tasty options to choose from. It would be great if the private balcony had some furniture to relax on.
